This project consists of the contractor providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation and supervision necessary for the construction services for Project Number 581-20-904 MRI Site Preparation Project at the VA Medical Center in Huntington, WV 25704 in accordance with the solicitation documents. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bids (IFB) conducted in accordance with FAR Part 14. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SDVOSB). The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220, with a small business size standard of $39.5 million annual receipts for the past three (3) years. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 The solicitation package, amendments, and site visit minutes will be issued by way of BetaSam website only.
