Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The Health and Human Services Commission (Owner), for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division (HSCS), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (Proposals) for selection of a General Contractor (Contractor) to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project No. 20-035-WFH, Site Security, Kiosk, Visitor Center and Dock Replacement at North Texas State Hospital, Wichita Falls Campus, (the Project), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. HSP: Wednesday, April 21, 2021 by 10:30 A.M Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification of Respondent's Proposal.
