As of November 20, 2023, the editorial content management team is working to obtain the awarded general contractor information. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Demolition, Mass Grading, Drainage, Feature Construction, Cart Path, Water Features, Soil Preparation, Grassing, Tree Planting, and Irrigation. Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 3 of 00 21 13 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. If a prebid conference is held, the presentation and any questions and answers provided at the prebid conference will be issued as an Addendum to the call for bids. If a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the e-mail addresses listed below. Emailed questions will suffice as questions in writing. If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders.
