For Solar Power Purchase Agreement Bids must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Board and each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total contract, but not in excess of $20,000 (twenty-thousand dollars) made payable to Eatontown Board of Education. The successful bidder is hereby notified that a performance bond for the full amount of this project is required. The Contractor awarded a contract pursuant to this RFP must comply with the requirements of the Public School Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq, and any other applicable statutes and regulations as set forth in the terms and conditions of the RFP. Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. concerning affirmative action and equal employment. All respondents attending either the optional Pre-Proposal Conference or subsequent site inspections must wear face masks at all times while inside school facilities. Any persons not wearing face masks will be denied access to the facilities. The Board reserves the right to reject Proposals that are not received at the time and in the manner designated by this RFP. Any and all Proposals may be rejected if deemed by the Board to be in its best interests.
