Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. Work effort involves design development and preparation of construction documents for renovation of the main entry lobby and office space in Suite 104 (BLM Leadership) on the first floor of 300-Jack Wilson Headquarters (JWH) on the NIFC Campus in Boise, ID. The renovation will include perimeter wall relocation, security checkpoint area, new exit route, convert existing storage room to single use restroom, wall finishes, flooring, ceiling tiles, replacement/relocation of HVAC FPVAV terminal boxes and associated controls, and new LED light fixtures with light harvesting controls. Exterior Joints: Seal open joints, whether or not the joint is indicated on drawings, unless specifically indicated not to be sealed. Exterior joints to be sealed include, but are not limited to, the following items. a. Joints between door, window, and other frames and adjacent construction. b. Joints between different exposed materials. c. Other joints indicated below and on Drawings.
