Estimate - $29,879.80 Bids will be furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and shall be delivered to the Logan County Highway Department as ordered. As specified in Ohio Revised 153.54, a bidder must submit a bid guaranty in the form of either: (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid or (2) a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid. The Logan County Commissioners and Ohio Department of Transportation are to be named as obliges. Bidders shall comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Bids shall be unit price and total price and will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. Bidders shall bid all items as specified for their bid to be considered complete. There is NO DBE requirement for this project. The Logan County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects in bids
