Services include development of a Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) assembly suitable for project bidding and construction; Historic Architectural Survey; Environmental Document and Permitting support; Design Study Report; Public Involvement Services; Erosion Sediment Control Plan; Assistance during Bidding, Design Project Closeout, and Assistance during Construction.
