Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
As of April 23 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Entire Building Demolition, Abatement and Site Reclamation Bidding Contractors are required to be pre-qualified with the Chicago Public Schools for this project. The form of agreement for the work will be the General Contracting Services Agreement. This contract is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the General Contracting Services Agreement between the Board and General Contractor dated as of January 1, 2017.
