Site work and new construction of a civil project in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Summary of Work Description: - Mobilization and site preparation. - Site safety and security for the full duration of this contract. - By-pass pumping of sewage for the duration of the project. - Installation of temporary pump control system to maintain the continuous operation of the By-pass pumping of wastewater during construction. - Construction of new forcemain bypass and connection to the existing forcemain. - Full depth demolition and off site removal of the existing wet well, dry well, and Control Building. - Construction of a new pumping station with a wet well, a valve chamber, overflow storage chamber and control building, including: structural, architectural, and installation of pumps, miscellaneous piping, valves, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and installation of instrumentation and control systems. - Coordinate with and support Owner's PLC/SCADA programmer to start up site with new control system as per owners commissioning standards found in PAIDS. Assist with 3G communication setup. - Relocation of existing storm sewer. - Grinding off asphalt from existing access road and resurfacing with new asphalt. - Pressure testing and commissioning, including costs for any water used during construction and testing. - Demonstration and Training. - Site grading, landscaping and planting. - Demobilization, site restoration and cleaning.
