Renovation of a residential development in Mendon, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Well Pump Generator (Mendon Housing Authority). A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. The scope of work includes the installation of a new nominal 50 KW L.P. gas fired standby generator with automatic transfer switch. 2. Connect existing power feeders serving the remote well head pumps to the new automatic transfer switch. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 4. Replace existing well head pump house heater with new. Connect to existing feeders. 5. New shelter for automatic transfer switch to be constructed by the Housing Authority. 6. Concrete foundation pad for new 1,000 gallon propane tank as well as Gas piping between the fuel tank and the new generator. Contactor shall coordinate with the Propane Vendor. 1. Note that the Tank and valve is by a Propane Vendor; to be arranged by Mendon HA.
