Utility project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 16,361 LF of 16-8 water, 16,034 LF of 15 to 8 gravity sewer, 7,256 LF of 10 and 6 force main pipe, and 7,095 LF of 6x3 RCB through 21 RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Dallas specifications to serve 148 lots on approximately 49 acres. The project is located North and East of the intersection of Bobtown Rd. and Barnes Bridge Rd. in City of Dallas ETJ, Dallas County, Texas. Paving project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, consisting of approximately 46,858 SY of 6-4000 psi concrete street pavement on approximately 49,264 SY of 7 lime stabilized subgrade, 1,976 SY of asphalt pavement on approximately 2,152 SY of 6 lime and cement stabilized subgrade, and 3,009 SY of 8-5-8-4000 psi concrete alley pavement on approximately 3,548 SY of 8 lime and cement stabilized subgrade, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, City of Dallas, and City of Garland specifications to serve 148 lots on approximately 49 acres. The project is located North and East of the intersection of Bobtown Rd. and Barnes Bridge Rd. in City of Dallas ETJ, Dallas County, Texas. The above-described construction will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda thereto which may be issued prior to the opening of bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
