CONDITIONS: For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from companies having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement will be considered. BID DEPOSIT: Bids must be accompanied by a bid security corresponding to 10% of the total bid price in the form of a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by an authorized financial institution and in accordance with the requirements of the documents. tender, certified check, money order or bank draft.
