Reference number : 1465294 The City of Lavaltrie is asking for tenders for paving work on various streets and parts of streets. For any information, the tenderer must contact Mr. Marc-André Desjardins, assistant clerk by email: greffe@ville.lavaltrie.qc.ca All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee in the form of a certified check, money order, bank draft or an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a bond issued by a Financial Institution, representing at least 10% of the total amount. of the submission before taxes. Such a bond must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening of tenders. The tenderer must place in a sealed opaque envelope, one original copy and two copies of his tender including all the required documents. The envelope must be identified in accordance with specifications and marked: Tender no : 2021 03-02 / AOP - Paving work on different streets and portions of streets. It is the tenderer's responsibility to request a certificate of submission of his tender within the legal deadline, which will be issued by a representative of the City; only this certificate is proof of such deposit. The City of Lavaltrie does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, without any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer (s).
