he work of this project includes the installation 2,150 SF of new 5' wide concrete sidewalk, crosswalk, and leaching catch basin on a portion of Lionsmouth Road. Construction for this project shall begin during the spring/ summer of 2021 and completed as specified within Contract Documents. The bidding for and award of the contract for this project are to be in accordance with the requirements of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 39M. Bidders are on notice that this project is subject to the schedule of prevailing wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Occupational Safety and applicable Federal Regulations.
