Reference number : 1466367 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-03-29 Replacement of a culvert on Chemin Saint-Mathias Ponceau 4.0 m span by 1.8 m boom The municipality of Saint-Isidore-de-Clifton is requesting bids for the work described above. The tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Replacement of a culvert on Saint-Mathias road - Culvert 4.0 m span by 1.8 m boom" and the tenderer must be clearly identified. . To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900 / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all the other documents to be provided will be considered valid for a period of 60 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having others complete the documents in question. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the tender document. Only tenders presented by contractors who have ordered the tender documents under the same name as that under which they tender will be considered. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement, are considered. Contractors must hold the license required under the Building Act (LRQ cB-1.1). The deadline for receiving complaints and questions is 11 am, March 29, 2021. The person designated to receive complaints and questions is Ms. Sarah Lévesque, Executive Director. Should the Government of Quebec maintain the exceptional measures related to Covid-19, the opening of tenders could be done without the presence of the public or of those who tendered. The municipality of Saint-Isidore-de-Clifton undertakes to retain neither the lowest nor any of the bids presented Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. Option A: Apparent low bid is $243,341 Option B: Apparent low bid is $265,298 Total: $508,639
