Replacement of the distribution pump and installation of a flowmeter - Drinking water filtration plant VM-2021-16 (P) The City of Montmagny is asking for tenders for the replacement of the distribution pump and the installation of a flowmeter at its drinking water filtration plant.
Submissions received by facsimile, email or otherwise will not be considered. Bidders should pay particular attention to the documents they must include with their bid , as required in the quote. The City of Montmagny does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the submitted bids. It disclaims any responsibility for the costs incurred by the tenderers for the preparation of their tender and for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. All tenderers must therefore ensure, before submitting a tender, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City also reserves the right to withdraw certain parts of the estimate, or to waive one or other of the conditions listed or to grant parts of the contract if it deems it appropriate. It also reserves the right not to accept any of the submissions received if, in particular, they turn out to be higher than market rates. In addition, the City can override any defect in form or minor defect that the tender may contain.
