Scope : The City of Lowell is seeking bids construct a new Shedd Park Concession stand. Certified Check and/or Performance/Payment Bond : A certified check made payable to the "City of Lowell" in the amount of 5% must accompany this bid. Bid bonds are acceptable. A performance bond in the amount of 0% of the total dollar award is required prior to contract execution. A payment bond in the amount of 50% of the total dollar award is required prior to contract execution.
