The scope of the project includes the modernization of the building mechanical systems (ventilation, electricity, heating and air conditioning), addition of the treatment facilities, elimination of the vulnerabilities of the plant and its systems. The project value is preliminary estimated as high as $5M to $10M. TIMELINE: The project design development study report prepared by the professional consultant was submitted to the owner and is under review. The project is included in the City current ten-year capital plan. Timelines of the project implementation are not finalized. Project will be followed if/when it proceeds to design stage.
