Site work and renovation of a civil project in Hancock, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of April 20, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet determined at this time. Work of the ELECTRICAL CONTRACT (VH1-E-21) generally includes, but is not limited to: Base Bid Work: Work Areas: Well house rehabilitation/generator installation site off of Pumphouse Road & electric service at water tank Furnish and install new buried electrical service and phone line to new well house including new main disconnect and other panels. Furnish and install new buried electrical and phone service at water tank site Furnish and install a new 100KW, natural gas-fired backup generator and 200 amp automatic transfer switch at wellhouse Furnish and install new conduit/conductors from new generator to kiosk, and new kiosk to wellhouse. At the bid opening the Contractor must supply a BID GUARANTEE of 5 percent of the TOTAL AMOUNT of the bid submitted. Bidders are advised that Payment and Performance Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, as well as a Certificate of Insurance demonstrating required coverage, shall be provided by the successful bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or waive any informalities in the Bidding.
