For Landscape Improvements For the construction of the Kinston Phase 1 Public Landscape Improvements project. The project generally includes irrigation, landscaping, traffic control, entry signs, bridge enhancements, retaining walls, stacked stone walls, stone columns, timber posts, site furniture, playground equipment, site lighting and all related work incidental to the completion of the project as per the acceptance requirements of Kinston Metropolitan District No. 1 and City of Loveland. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder from a qualified surety.
