As of November 4, 2021, this project is in the conceptual phase. An engineer has not been selected. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to March 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Leander seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation to provide services required to develop a Preservation Plan, Proposed Use Recommendations, Site Design, and Architectural and Engineering Services for the historic Bryson Farmstead property. The Bryson Farmstead is located on the northeast corner of Highway 183A and San Gabriel Parkway in Leander, Texas. Work will include but not be limited to coordination with the Williamson County Historical Commission on a Preservation Plan, Professional Site Design, Landscape Design, Surveying, Architectural and Engineering Services for the design and construction administration of the 6-acre property. The City has allocated up to $70,000 to contract for the scope of services. Once this phase of work is complete additional funds will be made available for construction.
