The work of installation of windows and masonry repairs that will be a subsequent tender are required to do the installation of new windows. This call for tenders included, without being limited to Manufacturing and supply of new windows Manufacture and supply of two samples, one for laboratory tests and the other installed on site Delivery according to the three phases of the project as well as the delivery of samples Technical support during laboratory tests and adjustments required to meet the tests Technical support during installation work Technical support before during and after the in situ tests and make the required adjustments to meet the tests After-sales services during the works and during the warranty period Period envisaged for the construction project under construction The execution period of the construction project is foreseen for a period of approximately 36 months. Quality and respect for contractual deadlines are the very essence of the contract. A public call for tenders will be launched for the selection of a general contractor to carry out the construction work required for the continuation of the window and masonry repair project at the Roger-Gaudry Pavilion. As soon as a contract is awarded to a general contractor, this contract will be assigned to him. The assignment of the contract, according to the current schedule, should be made around the beginning of October 2021; therefore after the sample manufacturing period, but before the sample is installed on site. Schedule and date of delivery and / or provision of goods and services The goods and services (delivery, and others) will be provided in 3 phases preceded by a preparatory step; Preparatory stage - delivery of the two samples by 2021-10-15 at the latest Phase 1 - West Sector (Ailes RSTUVY) no later than 2022-06-01 Phase 2 - East Sector (Ailes ABCD) no later than 2023-05-05 Phase 3- Eastern Sector (Wings EFGH) no later than 2024-05-10 See additional information described in DSUM-6A. The exact dates of delivery, and other work will be established in coordination with the general contractor and in collaboration with the University of Montreal as well as the person in charge of the work. No visit Bid bond 10% is required. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
