The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is planning on replacing two Outposts to service the Lima ( Allen County) and North Jackson (Mahoning County) areas. Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services are required for design, permitting, construction administration and other services as described in this RFQ. This project will utilize General Contracting delivery methods for construction contracts. ODOT will require limited access to these sites for operational needs during construction. These projects will be designed and managed as individual projects.
