Site work and paving for a civil project in Alvin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Alvin Independent School District requests Competitive Sealed Proposals from General Contractors for Paving & Storm Water Facilities to Serve Davenport Pkwy. & Discovery Dr. at Alvin ISD. The Work in this project includes, but is not limited to concrete paving, site utilities, and storm water drainage. The total construction budget is approximately $6,500,000. After the date of opening the Competitive Sealed Proposals, the District will evaluate and rank each submission in relation to the criteria set forth in the project specifications. The final selection of a Contractor for this project will be based on a combined evaluation of qualifications and cost of services to determine the best value to the District. The District reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all Proposals. By submitting a proposal, the Proposer agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, the Architect and their respective employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any proposal; waiver of any requirements under the Proposal Request and Qualification Submittal; and acceptance or rejection of any proposals; and award of the Contract.
