This project includes installing approximately 7,200 feet of 6-inch HDPE water line by direction drilling in two (2) total pull lengths complete with appurtenances, clearing and grubbing, connections to existing water lines, tracer wire test stations, manual air release valves, and all appurtenances to complete the project as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. Bidders will be required to inform themselves of all Addenda duly issued in accordance with the requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17-25-101 and related statutes. The Cleveland County Rural Water Users Association reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date.
