Bid Bond Amount: 10% Wage Rate: Yes All work under this Contract will be performed on various locations within the Borough ofTurtle Creek, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The Borough is located in south-eastern Allegheny County along State Route 130 approximately twelve miles southeast ofthe downtown area ofthe City of Pittsburgh. The work underthis project includesthe furnishing ofall labor, materials, and equipment required forthe performance of all work as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes various repairs to the existing sewer system, locating, and other such related work. Generally, the sewer lines herein included in this project are identified as "combined," conveying sanitary sewage and storm sewage in the same lines in the Borough of Turtle Creek. The Contractorshall notify the Borough ofTurtle Creek and Glenn Engineering not less seventy-two (72) hours before construction is to commence. This project shall be completed not more than One Hundred Twenty (120) consecutive calendar days following the issuance ofthe Notice to Proceed
