Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Nantmeal Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, April 6, 2021 1:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid amount, made payable to Wallace Township. The bid bond or scan of the check shall be uploaded to PennBid. The apparent lower bidder will be required to provide the original copy of the check within three days of bid opening. The successful bidder must furnish the required documents as listed in the specification within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded. The project must be completed on or before September 30, 2021. Bids may not be modified, withdrawn or canceled within a period of 60 days following the date for receipt of bids without the prior written consent of Wallace Township. Wallace Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, defects, errors or omissions in any or all bids and to reject any or all bids. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Bidding Documents, Wallace will have complete discretion to award a Contract (or not to award a Contract) to any bidder based on any criteria Wallace Township deems relevant. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or a portion of any or all proposals.
