Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of April 28, 2021. the project has been awarded with the amount of $1,736,356.60.** Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section (Exhibit C) of the Bid Document. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% is required. Also, a Maintenance Bond shall be required in the amount of 25% of the contract price. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the Questions feature . The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of April 5, 2021. Attention Is Called to the Fact That Not Less Than the Minimum Salaries and Wages as Set Forth in the Contract Documents Must Be Paid on This Project, and That the Contractor Must Ensure That Employees and Applicants for the Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Their, Race, Color, Religious Creed, Ancestry, Age, Sex, National Origin, Physical or Mental Disability, or Because of a Persons Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity or Gender Expression. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/5/2021 4:30 PM There will be no pre-bid; however all questions are to be submittedvia Pennbid in the Clarification Tab. Questions are due April 5, 2021 at end of business day
