The Yonge Street/Highway 7 Regional Centre is 117 hectares located near Yonge Street and Highway 7 is designated as an Urban Growth Centre that will include high-density, mixed-use development. The Regional Centre is known as both Yonge Street/Highway 7 Regional Centre and Richmond Hill Centre/Langstaff Gateway Urban Growth Centre.
