Remodeling of a municipal facility in Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

The contractor will successfully complete installation of an overhead door, and an eye wash station, as designed by the architect. You will find the plans noted in the RFP exhibits, section VI. Building permit will be paid for by the City. All subcontractor permits are the responsibility of contractors. Any parking fees are the responsibility of the contractors. Any revisions, addendums and answers to questions received by the question deadline will be sent to consultants who directly received this proposal via email. The City reserves the right to re-advertise for additional proposals and to extend the deadline for submission of the proposals. This Request for Proposals in no way obligates the City to award a contract.
