Length of the project: 13.220 Miles Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. Yd.; Mail Box Support, 9.0 Each; Traffic Control, 1.0 Lump Sum; Sign Panels Type C, 318.0 Sq. Ft.; Common Topsoil Borrow, 38.0 Cu. Yd.; Interim Pavement Marking, 13,960.0 Lin. Ft.; 6" Solid Line Paint, 139,602.0 Lin. Ft.; 4" Solid Line Paint, 2,000.0 Lin. Ft.; 4" Broken Line Paint, 13,960.0. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the Norman County Treasurer. The successful bidder must furnish a payment bond equal to the contract amount and a performance bond equal to the contract amount, with the entire liability of the bond(s) equal to twice the full amount of the contract. The Norman County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
