In this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Metropolitan Council (Council) is soliciting proposals for an Interceptor Chemical Odor Control System to include design/build of facilities, supply of chemicals, and operation and maintenance, and replacement of the system. Proposer's may indicate any concerns with the Council's approach for this project. Describe specific proposed modifications to the Scope of Work and the basis for each recommended modification. Suggested modifications may include revision to a task, objective, activity, deliverable, or schedule; or addition of new tasks, activities or deliverables, or other modifications that may improve the effectiveness of these services. Specify how any proposed modifications impact the price proposal.
