Jefferson County, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of Perry South Campground Connection - 2021. The Work for this Contract involves, but is not limited to, crushing of approximately 18,300 cubic yards of an existing stockpile of soils, aggregates, and boulders and placement and compaction of base aggregate on approximately 2.75 miles of roadway, together with all other Work shown on the Drawings and as specified. The Contractor will be subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (40USC276a) and the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870 (the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law). This Project is being funded in part through the Western Federal Lands Highway Division. Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project.
