**As of May 17,2021 This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Thruway Authority continues to have public bid openings, however, there are measures in place to protect the safety and health of employees and visitors alike. Visitors who choose to hand deliver a bid and/or witness the bid opening are limited to one person. Visitors must wear a face mask when entering any Authority building and will have to complete a Wellness Survey the day of the bid opening. The Wellness Survey will be available in the lobby of the Thruway Authority Headquarters building. Please fill out this survey and provide it to the guard at the front desk. If any of the questions are answered "Yes", the visitor will not be allowed entry. Any bids sent or delivered to an address or location other than the one specified above, or received after this time, will not be accepted. Contract TAA 21-5A / D214793 Computer Room Renovations at the Administrative Headquarters at MP 141.92. In Albany County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Your bid must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $125,000.00. Any bids sent or delivered to an address or location other than the one specified above, or received after this time, will not be accepted.
