Site work for an educational facility in Concord, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

Mt. Diablo Unified School District ("District" or Owner") will receive sealed bids for the following project, ("Project" or "Contract"): BID 1884 Meadow Homes Elementary School Security Fencing. Any claim by a bidder of error in its bid must be made in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. The Project consists of: New Perimeter Fencing, Chain-link Fence and Wrought Iron Fence Site: Meadow Homes Elementary School. Contract documents must be supplied without delay in order to meet a mobilization date no later than June 7, 2021. Substantial completion means all FENCING WORK needs to be 100% complete. Work is expected to be substantially completed by August 4, 2021. All bids shall be on the form provided by the District. The Bidder's license(s) must be active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and must remain so throughout the term of the Contract. The District's Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. The District shall award the Contract, if it awards it at all, to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on: The base bid amount and including Add/Alts. Last addenda to be issued not later than 72 hours prior to bid opening date and time, therefore all questions are due no later than 5 business days prior to the bid opening.
