No bid shall be accepted nor any contract or subcontract entered into without proof of the contractor's or subcontractor's current registration to perform public work pursuant to Labor Code, Section 1725.5. All work of this project must be performed by properly licensed contractors and subcontractors with active licenses in good standing as of the date of receipt of bids. Licenses must be issued by the Contractor's State License Board of California and must be maintained in good standing throughout the term of the contract. Bidders are required to verify their Contractor's License number and license expiration date on the bid Proposal Form under penalty of perjury.
