The planned construction of a new library building will have approximately 21,000 square feet of interior space with parking facilities on the northern portion of the site (see Exhibit C). Preliminary project estimates have fallen between $8.2 million to $11.6 million, thus the District is targeting the overall project budget to be $8.5 million.
