Renovation of a mixed-use development in Anchor Point, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough to ITB21-027 Gym Floor Refinishing 2021. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor, materials and equipment to completely machine sand wood flooring of existing floor finish and painted game lines to bare wood, completely remove all sanding dust from entire surface, the application of finish, sealer coats, associated paint for game lines and logo, new cove base (where required), and any other necessary associated materials and accessories as specified in the bid documents. Q&A DEADLINE: April 5, 2021 by 5:00 PM The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor irregularities in any bids or in the bidding procedure, and to accept any bid presented which meets or exceeds said specifications and which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough. However, the requirements for timeliness and manual signatures shall not be waived. The Borough is not obligated to accept the lowest bid and is not responsible for bid preparation costs. Substantial Completion - 120 days from Notice to Proceed (Building will be available May 21, 2021 to August 2, 2021)
