Solicitation No. SE-03 Project Limits : Teutonia Avenue to Mequon Road County : Milwaukee, Ozaukee. Construction inspection of this multi-faceted modernization project to remove STH 57 overpass of STH 100, which includes excavation, grading, roadway reconstruction, and roundabout construction. Project also includes railroad crossing reconstruction near Deerbrook Trail, six traffic signal replacements, concrete overlay for the Milwaukee River bridge, and asphalt mill & overlay on STH 57 from Deerwood Drive to Mequon Road. This work is in both Milwaukee and Ozaukee County. Consultant Project Leader with 5 support staff. In 2021 a consultant project leader and 1 support staff full-time. In 2022 a consultant project leader and 5 support staff full-time. In 2023 a consultant project leader part-time with 2 support staff full-time and 1 support staff part-time.WisDOT will provide up to 2 support staff Anticipated Construction Cost: $17,000,000-$19,999,999 The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Information on the report may be found electronically. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
