The Washington County Commission seeks a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design Build services for a Receiving Center Building project. No others are to be contacted regarding this project. The Washington County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the County. The deadline of the submission of questions is on April 16, 2021 at 3:00PM.
