A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Solicitation No. SW-02 Project Limits : USH 14 to West Junction CTH B County : Richland. The pavement is aged and deteriorated with patching and cracking. Perpetuation project; resurfacing of STH 130 approximately 5.95 miles long. The project is located just West of Lone Rock from USH 14 to the West junction of CTH B. Beamguard will be replaced at structures as needed, minor structure work will include rail repair, girder painting, replacing an existing overlay, painting existing bridge rail and concrete surface repair (B-52-020 & R-52-012). Anticipated Construction Cost : $2,000,000-$2,999,999 The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract. Consultants selected will be required to either submit or have on file with WisDOT a Consultant Financial Report prior to contract execution. Information on the report may be found electronically. Advertised Fixed Fee %:7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate. Do not include any information that meets the definition of "trade secret" as that term is defined in s. 134.90(1)(c), Wis. Stats. Interview: Interviews will not be conducted.
