The project generally consists of the construction of two roadway projects related to the Trivium Corporate Center. One project (Trivium Court Phase II) will consist of the construction of approximately 700 linear feet of 32' wide curb and gutter roadway including grading, storm drainage, 5' wide concrete sidewalk, pavement markings and 720 linear feet of 12-inch diameter water main including hydrants, valves, and appurtenances. The second project (Lutetium Circle North Access Turn Lanes) will consist of the asymmetrical widening of Robinwood Road (SR 1148) to provide left and right turn lane addition to service the northern entrance to Lutetium Circle including grading, drainage, erosion control, seeding/grassing and the relocation of approximately 1900 linear feet of 8-inch diameter water main. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with a single contractor selected to construct both roadway projects. Bidders must have a license to do work as a general contractor in the State of North Carolina, as set forth under Article 1 of Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The Contractor's North Carolina License number shall be designated on the outside of the envelope containing the bid. Bidders are required to comply with the non-collusion requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
