Start date and completion date has not yet been established.** Approximate quantities are as follows: 48" Sanitary Sewer Manhole 7 EA 8" Sanitary Sewer PVC Pipe 910 LF 15" Sanitary Sewer PVC Pipe 300 LF Laterals (21) 556 LF 8" C900 PVC Water Main with Granular Backfill 185 LF 8" Tapping Valve and Sleeve 1 EA 2" Mill and Overlay 6,300 SY 2" Asphaltic Concrete Surface 690 TON 30" Reinforced Concrete Curb and Gutter (Spot Replacement) 200 LF \ This is a unit price contract. The estimated quantities as indicated above and on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. STH 175 Sanitary Sewer Relay & Water Main Extension: Traffic control, milling, concrete curb and gutter replacement, crushed aggregate, roadway asphaltic concrete binder course, roadway asphaltic concrete surface course, lawn restoration, inlet protection, water main extension, sanitary sewer relay, on STH 175 and Slinger Road located within the Village of Slinger. The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages. Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided and all blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days from the date of the bid opening. The Owner has the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Owner. Bidder awarded a contract for the work shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price.
