Project Location: 2500 Lobelia Dr, Oxnard, CA 93036 Replace existing heating-ventilation units with heating-ventilation-air conditioning (HVAC) variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heat-pump units, including new ground-mounted condensing units, CONTRACTORS LICENSE CLASSIFICATION: (B and/or C20) General Building Contractor/Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor) In accordance with the provisions of Business and Professions Code Section 7028.15 and Public Contract Code Section 3300, the District requires that the bidder possess the appropriate license for the work to be performed at the time the bid is submitted. Appropriate licenses are noted above; more than one license may be required. This list in no way relieves the contractor from fulfillment of any legal requirement or licensing necessary for performance of its work. The Department of Industrial Relations, State of California ("DIR"), has determined the general prevailing rates of per diem wages applicable to this work, including holiday and overtime work and employer payments for health and welfare, pension, vacation and similar purposes.
