Reconstruction of approximately one mile of Old Mill Creek Road, replacement of two existing cross culverts, and additional of guardrail over an existing culvert. Base Bid $459,000.00, Bid Alternative No. 1 $119,000.00. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amountof5%of theBidder's maximum Bid price.Bid bond shall be issued by a surety companylicensed by the TexasDepartment of Insurance to do business in Texas and to issue said bond.
