For Terminal Electrical Upgrades The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. The work to be performed under the Plumbing and HVAC sections of the specification shall include all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials required and incidental to providing and installing complete and adjusted engineered systems, as shown on the drawings and described herein. All plumbing and hvac specification requirements shall be considered complementary to other specification sections for the project. Where conditions of this section conflict with architectural bidding instructions and/or other general requirements, the architectural conditions shall take precedence. All plumbing and hvac contractors shall plan their work in advance and coordinate all installation requirements with other trades. Contractors shall be held to have checked all construction documents for possible interference caused by work of other trades, conditions of the premises, and obstructions. Where conflicts occur, the contractor shall request clarification through the prime or general contractor.
