Renovation of a municipal facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 35,000-square-foot municipal facility.
The City of Friendswood (the "City") reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or waive any minor irregularies. Any contract resulting from this CSP shall be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the best value to the City based upon the selection criteria and the weighted value for those criteria in the request for proposal; and the City's ranking evaluation. The City of Friendswood is asking qualified firms to prepare bids for the existing 35,000 square foot single story building renovation includes modifications and upgrades to systems throughout the interior and exterior as proposed in the Drawings to accommodate new offices, shops and a future shelter build-out space. Project includes modifications of the existing site as proposed in the Drawings including pavement, grading and new generator location and utility modifications.
