As of February 20 2024 this project is in working drawings complete and on hold for lack of funds. An architect has been selected for the project. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Ventura County Office of Education ("Owner") is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations to provide a proposal for full architectural planning and design services for the following projects ("Project"): Gateway Community School - Existing Campus Modernization Gateway Community School - Existing Campus Modernization: Approximately 22,000 square feet of existing building space. Overall project budget including construction, design and all other project costs is currently estimated at $1.2 million. Project location: 200 Horizon Circle, Camarillo, CA 93010 If you have questions regarding this RFP, questions must be submitted in writing on or before Monday, April 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. and answers will be returned via email by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2021. Please limit your firm's representation at our tour to a maximum of 3 persons. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
