Renovation of a municipal facility in Bernice, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Each proposal is to be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Town of Bernice or a bid bond, the amount of either of which shall be at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Bidders are advised that both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price, will be required. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Town of Bernice reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
