The work consists, without being limited to, the demolition of the existing parking lot and its accessories, earthworks, the construction of sidewalks, concrete slabs and curbs, the paving of the parking lot, the reuse of uni-stone, the installation of sod and the repair of the premises The Magog Municipal Housing Office is requesting bids for the work described above. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Parking lot repairs - 20, rue Moore, Magog" and the bidder must be clearly identified. Only tenders presented by contractors who have ordered the tender documents under the same name as that under which they tender will be considered. In the case of a consortium, this requirement is deemed to be met when each of the parties has obtained said documents. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement, are considered.
